If you are a first time home buyer, I understand how overwhelming the process can be and am more than happy to sit down with you to walk through what the process looks like on the road to becoming a homeowner. Don't have a lender just yet? No problem, you don't have to have a lender to know what the process looks like, questions are okay and are encouraged, buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you will ever make after all! If you are ready and want to get pre-approved for a home loan, I have lenders that I work with and trust that would be more than happy to sit down with you as well to talk about the home loan process and help you determine how much you qualify for, no obligations & no strings attached.

Already am or Have Been a Homeowner, but Looking for Something New

If this isn't your first rodeo, you know all about the homebuying process! Whether this is your second home or your fifth, you are in the right place. If you are looking to sell your current property in order to buy a new one, I can help you sell your current home while simultaneously help you look for your new one. You don't have to be afraid of the process, we can make it so that you sell your property and close on your new one on the same day so you have somewhere to move in to right away without worrying about where you are going to go or where you are going to store your things. If you do not want to sell your current property and would like to rent it out but still want to buy a new home, you can do that too! Whatever your journey, I can help you navigate. Investor

If you are an investor, I am happy to help you find on-market properties that suit your needs whether it be a fix and flip, buy and hold, airbnb or rental property. I send out a weekly list of potential investment properties to interested investors and include current comparables with each one to make it an easier decision process. I like to provide a list of comparables on potential properties so you can run your numbers and determine if it is a deal worth pursuing for you. If you find a property you like that suits your needs, I am ready to schedule your showing and ready to submit and negotiate your offer to get you the best possible deal, always.
